Power Pitching & Hitting was started back in 2002 with the idea or offering the most up to date, cutting edge programs for baseball players looking to enhance their game. We starting our by working with some local leagues and building our reputation for working with players. Now going into 2015 we have done over 35,000 lessons as a company since and have worked with over 3,000 players in some format. (lessons, camps, clinics, etc..)We are very excited about those numbers because that amount of lessons means a ton of experience with different types of players. We do treat each athlete as an individual so a lot goes into our teaching. No 2 players are the same in our eyes and we as a company need to have knowledge of many different techniques in order to service the amount of different things we see on a daily basis. We now have a staff in the double digits and we are very proud to say we are looking forward to it growing in the future as well.

Dana Siverio began dancing at the age of 7. At age 16, she danced professionally with the New Jersey Tap Ensemble and became a principal dancer with them at age 17. She has studied and danced with Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, Brenda Bufalino and Karen Calloway. Dana has also been teaching dance since she was 16. After high school, she studied dance at Mercer County College and decided she wanted to share her love of teaching and dance by opening her own studio. In 2001, Dana opened the doors of “A Step in Time Dance Center” located in Sayreville, NJ. Her dancers have won various awards and high scores at dance competitions they’ve attended. She has also trained students that have had the opportunity to perform with the Brooklyn Nets Kids dance team.
