Kickboxing is a combination of boxing, and martial arts which makes for an intense, full body workout. Kickboxing works on improving your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tones muscles and shreds your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision.

Class Details:
Classes are 45 minutes. Kickboxing is a great workout for anyone! Everyone stays moving. Focusing on increasing endurance through running, jumping, floor drills, combinations, and bag hitting. Also covering the martial art application behind the movements. We also do exercises to increase strength and flexibility. Finally we go over real life self-defense at the end of each class. All in a fun friendly environment.
